Use Z-Three Phase wherever rust is a problem. Great for cast iron and steel. For best results, use Z-Three Phase in a soak tank, closed cabinet, or dip-type operation. Z-Three Phase may be dipped, brushed, or wiped on to prevent rust. May last up to two years depending on environment.

Directions:
In the most severe cases where rust is very hard to prevent, use Z-Three Phase undiluted.
In most cases mix with water at a rate of one part Z-Three Phase to five parts water for dip tank applications.
For closed cabinet operations use at a rate of 1 to 4% solution. May be diluted up to fifteen parts water to one part Z-Three Phase.

Aluminum-safe powdered parts washer detergent for hot jet, closed cabinet, and spray systems. Cleans aluminum, brass, copper, and other soft metals without the etching or discoloration that caustic compounds cause. 100% active, with a rust inhibitor built in to protect both parts and the cabinet from flash rusting. Low-foaming for recirculating systems. No caustic soda, no nitrite, and no California Prop 65 warning.

Directions: Dilute 1–3%. Add slowly while the machine is running, then bring to operating temperature.

HA-999 Aluminum Transmission & Soft Metal Parts Washing Compound

A 100% active powdered compound formulated for cleaning aluminum transmissions and other soft metals — aluminum, copper, magnesium — in hot jet spray systems, without the dulling or damage other products can cause. Balanced alkaline builders and foam inhibitors, with rust protection for the cabinet.

Directions: For closed cabinet hot jet washers, mix 4 to 8 ounces per gallon, or as little as 2 ounces for economy. Add slowly while the machine is running.

A hot tank cleaning and stripping compound for ferrous metals, built on a heavy caustic base for engine blocks, heads, and cast iron components in heated soak tanks. Strips grease, rust, carbon, and paint while protecting metal from flash rusting.

Directions: Designed to be added to cold water; turn on the heater after adding. Add slowly while the machine is running.

Formula 7009 Hot Vat Stripper — Submersible Degreaser for Cast Iron & Steel

A submersible dip vat degreaser and stripper for ferrous metals. For heavy carbon, grease, and paint removal on engine blocks, cast iron, and steel components in heated vat systems. Always add compound to cold water slowly.

Directions: Add slowly to cold water. A corrosive product — use appropriate protective equipment.

Foam Stopper 22-27 — Industrial Defoamer / Foam Control Additive

A concentrated defoaming compound designed to out-perform ordinary anti-foam products. Use Foam Stopper 22-27 wherever foam is a problem — from fats, synthetic oils, detergent soaps, and paints. Knocks down and holds back foam in wash tanks, recovery systems, and process water.

Directions: Add in small amounts to the foaming system until foam is controlled; increase slightly as needed.
